I would probably find one that is eye level especially if you are going to be close to the camera. If you are a little further back, you should be ok.
Hey, Could this work For When I'm Skiing... Will my phone fall off. Is it stable & does it work for any phones?

Not sure how you would relate this to use for skiing because as a tripod and would sit on the ground and there's better products if you're going to use while you're skiing.

There is no app. Just connect the remote via the Bluetooth and it should detect that remote control and then you just connect it.

For me it's the same.... asked me about an app...
But will this even be stable at all under slightly windy conditions... i somehow really doubt it

Yes you sure can. Lock it at the height you want with the knobs.

The only way the remote will work is via bluetooth. Try restarting your phone. If that won't work, not sure what to suggest.

You should be able to control the shutter with it so you can take a photo or record and end recording. Did your Bluetooth recognize it?

See if you can find something online. A Web store, or if you have somebody that you're friends with in another country that can get it, see if they could ship it to you
Dont buy it. If you shoot vertical its way off balance, because it cant hold the phone straight.
