Any ceasefire will be used by RU to consolidate forces for a later attack. There's no point to it since if you might be ok with Ukraine losing in this war, the Ukrainians clearly aren't.

Anyone who thought Ukraine had an actual chance of defeating Russia without a negotiated peace, was delusional. The objective was supply Ukraine so they can win on the battlefield and have a strong seat while negotiating. All that went out the window with last year’s failed spring offensive, now the Russians are gaining ground everyday and Ukraine now has little to negotiate with. If EUROPE WANTS TO FIGHT WW3 over Ukraine they can have at it. 👍🏼

Different military formations. Depends on frontline, type of forces etc. Both sides have militia, regular army forces divided into big formation, spec-ops units, rus guard and national guard, mercenaries, etc.

I'm pretty sure white bands are not " professional" Russian soldiers red seems to be more well trained and equipped based on footage of them fighting. Ukraine - Im 99% sure yellow are volunteers and rear guards, blue seems to be higher tier troops and green seems to be basic soldier. Things cold have changed and now mean something different. But a volunteer mentioned this in a interview a year ago about 6 months into the war.

I don't think they have any particular meaning. Ukrainian troops prefer yellow and Russian troops prefer white or red because those colors are unique to their particular flags, hence reducing confusion.

Tbh regarding Trump forcing Ukraine to dictate a peace deal, Zelensky should try and force Trump to commit to putting boots on the ground if Russia ever attacks again. From Ukraines perspective If Ukraine is to be forced to negotiate a peace that will inherently beneficial to Russia, then our safety needs to be absolutely guaranteed going forward. Otherwise there is no reason to sign a peace deal now. No deal signed by the Russians is worth the paper it is written on. Nor is the Russian's word worth anything either.
