The biggest problem has been the exaggerated claims made by European and US politicians about supporting Ukraine (I'm sure Rishi Sunak has absolutely no clue about defence manufacturing or what the UK could really supply in the longer term), add to that the over confidence of Ukraine. The thing learnt in WW2 was that a war of attrition is won through industrial production. Out produce the enemy with cheap easy to maintain weapons that can be churned out in quantity.

Manpower was never Ukraine’s strength. While there are many Ukrainians willing to fight there is a good number that will not. A lack of air power and long range missiles in quantity are also some of Ukraine’s greatest weaknesses. It seems the Western strategy needs to change for the better and solve these problems.

@@twink276 well rockets are supposed to be inaccurate, if you want precise and accurate fire you call in artillery not rockets, the main goal of a rocket attack isn't to kill the enemy it's to put down as much firepower on the enemy in as short of time as possible to suppress them and disorganize them to the point where they can't mount a successful defense or offense, not to mention rockets are also really good at demoralizing the enemy and making them route, also rockets are cheap to produce and easy to produce.
