300K are mobilized, not contract soldiers who are fighting in Ukraine. In Russia there is mobilization twice a year and each time approximately the same number go to serve in the army. These soldiers do not take part in the war in Ukraine and remain in Russia. So that while Russia is fighting in Ukraine, it would not occur to anyone to attack Russia.

Why is diplomacy and peace not included for NATO? We know that NATO opposed the Minsk agreement in 2015 and the peace draft in Istanbul in the spring of 2022 that the parties accepted. Now probably more than 1/2 million Ukrainians have died and more than 100,000 Russians have died unnecessarily. At the same time that the situation for Ukraine is getting worse every day. The forced recruitment that takes place in Ukraine every day is heartbreaking to see. All in an unnecessary war that could be solved with diplomacy if that tool existed in NATO. Now I fear that NATO will do WW3.

According to WIKI Ukraine has an estimated 16k Foreign Mercenary Fighters from NATO Countries, and 6K Have been killed so far. And that's from public information. So that's basically a 40% KIA rate. I would never volunteer for service if that was the statistic.
