@@bibbidibobbidibooks I was wondering the same thing, and even after Googling the question I'm still confused! I've been unable to unearth much info, but from the answers I've found, it seems like we get a semi-random mix of US and UK covers, as well as the occasional Canadian cover. I might have to dig a little deeper to satisfy my curiosity!
