Absolutely wrong u said about sickleav in uk. No one ask you to come for work when ur sick . Upto 7 days we can take sick leave

Misleading information 😮 You are entitled for 3 episode (each year )of sick leave if you are working in Uk NHs. In that 3 episode each episode length depends on your ability to return work, one week of sick leave in one episode can be self certified by nurse if more than 7 days need Gp certificate. But you will be getting your full paid sick leave. Note - if your sick leave extends more than months your pay can be down - counted check with your employer in that case. If somebody is telling you to back to work during your sick time its illegal. You can contact your manager or associate manager or any high authority if somebody is pushing you to back to work. Its not kerala its UK your work right is same if you work in the nhs UK. I know its your personal experience , but you should escalate that to your higher authority if something happens like that. More over sick leave, maternity leave and annual leave is far far better in uk nhs than aussy 😂

Hi ,Annmaria, as I told it was my personal experience and I don't know upto what extent the escalation can work , for me I don't like get annoyed while I'm sick leave just need some peace of mind and I don't go to higher authority during that time to argue. However seems a good idea if you can reach upto them ..and I didn't mention number of sick leave neither about maternity leave but will do one video,and for sure maternity leave is good in UK.
