Revoking a visa is not a violation of human rights. No one has a right to a visa, it is at the discretion of the home office. My understanding is she was talking about Palestinian liberation not terror. She said she doesn’t condone terrorism. On face value, she should be believed. The Home Office has the authority to deport foreign nationals for reasons of public good which this falls under. Section 12 of the act prohibits individuals from inviting support for a proscribed organization, and this support does not have to involve contributing money or other property; it can include any form of supportive expression.

Would have been nice for this channel to show the original interview in question. I watched it and it would have been beneficial for others who have not seen it to allow them the opportunity to think for themselves rather than just view this one sided piece. In any event, my advice to Dana is to consider completing her degree in North Korea. I understand they support Palestine and would likely offer her a scholarship and grants. Equal rights for UK citizens . A person on student visa can’t have same rights as a citizen . A student visa was granted to you for studying not for becoming a “ pro Palestinian activist “ . Moreover a visa is a privilege not a right .
