I can sort of understand it if you're going on a Caribbean vacation and you're in a party mood but if you're flying to Cleveland to attend an accounting seminar I mean really? Well, all countries have drugs, however, some countries are known for producing them. Some countries have it decriminalized or fully legal to use. The prices of specific drugs are much lower and thus people see an area for making some money.

Well, if you look closely, he has his UK driving license with him. Immigration probably used it to verify his identity and get records from the Home Office to prove that he is a British citizen.

What sucks is this, these people are very poor and a lot of them buy luggage from thrift stores and goodwills and they are used maybe by someone who did drugs.
