Ugly yard is now beautiful - Mowing tall grass
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
G'day friends,
I had to take a few personal days last week and got a bit behind, so I'm sorry that this video is a day late! There will be a part 2, and it will be epic!!!
We got to check in on a property from a popular video from earlier in the year, and hopefully you're as happy with the progress as I was! Today's job was just down the road from that one, and it was very typically Australian. That is to say in stark contrast to the wet and mud which seemed standard all year. No, this one was a hot and dry day, and off camera I spent more than a few minutes sipping water in the shade.
This yard belongs to a lovely lady who lives with some serious health issues, so it was an absolute pleasure to give her yard a makeover. It was less a yard, and more of a jungle to begin with! I hope you enjoy watching this video as much as I enjoyed making it!

That little "Nanna's Garden" plaque broke my heart, it must have been a well cared for garden at one time. Thank you for bringing it back again.
Sean I never get tired of watching you turn a totally messed up yard into something beautiful. You are definitely a blessing to all you come in contact with, thanks for all your hard work.

Have you ever thought about cleaning the grass that is taller than a person's head? It's a hard job right? believe me you will be quite surprised when you watch my video.
Great job!!! you are poetry in motion. The whipper - snipper is a universal tool. You can trim, edge, mow and even floss if your careful. Keep these AWESOME videos coming. I always wait for the next one.

Ok, so after reading this and trying it, I can tell you that it doesn't matter if you're careful. It still hurts to floss with the whip!

There may be -- and I emphasize MAY be -- some whipper snipper edgers as good as Sean but he's the best in my opinion. Really enjoy seeing his transformations. When clients are referred by their case workers, you know they really need help. And it makes my heart happy to see Sean do such beautiful work for each of them. A good job by a great man.

Here in America, I can't even imagine what kind of case worker someone would have that would know anything about the clients yard or house. Australia seems different!

@@lauralake7430 here in the US Home Health Care caseworkers for physical or mental disabilities or even Child Protective Services, Elder Care Services, Veterans Care Services caseworkers etc would know what your home and yard look like and will help you find resources to help if needed. My nephew who my mother had custody of had a caseworker through his school due to him being on the autism spectrum and had behavioral issues and they helped my mom find people to do repairs for cheap or free on her home after damage he had done to the home but also after her kitchen flooded from a broken pipe and she had to get the floor replaced. There are caseworkers for all sorts of things.

Tim the Lawnmower is at least as good as Sean. He's VERY meticulous. They are both my favorites, even against the dozens we have doing it here in the States.

Not enough communities have lawn care assistance. It's so vital for people to have a home sweet home. When you have a yard that's full of chaos, it's hard to get comfortable at home. Thank you for your work.
Its amazing seeing that yard you did earlier, sometimes people get so overwhelmed with life that they neglect things, or they might go through a rough patch that when the time comes the job is just beyond their ability or mental capacity - by doing that job and getting the yard back to what it was it give them the spark and enthusiasm to maintain it.
You're like a surgeon with that whipper snipper. I'm in awe of your precision!
Hi Sean I love the way you introduce your videos, no grandstanding just honest truth Thank you for sharing your generosity with those who need it Kind regards from Melbourne ❤️❤️❤️
Your community is blessed to have a NETWORK service for support. Your clients indeed, bennifit from community support. These yards you tackle, are beautiful even though over-grown. A tidy yard, does help lift ones somber mood, and keeps goals attainable... one step at a time. Thank you for all you do for your community!

You just love working hard smaller mower still a huge heart thank you for all good you put out in the world
Sean, you are just the prescription the doctor ordered. Imagine how much better they will feel when they look out the window and see that beautiful, freshly mowed yard. Thank you for sharing. 👍🏼👍🏼
Again, very satisfying to see a well-groomed yard emerge from weedy jungle under your meticulous hand. Appreciate your gentle relocation of that lizard, as well. Stay well, Sean.

I’m sure this helped the client a lot. It’s a brilliant service you provide for them. I’m so pleased a previous client is now maintaining their yard. Must make you feel good too. 👏👏🙂
This didn't seem too terrible of a front yard. I'm glad the person living here is getting a helping hand. The updates on some of the past videos is wonderful to hear! A lot of times folks don't realize that an illness, injury, or unexpected time away from the home can overgrow and the longer it goes, the harder it is to do on one's own. Let alone if you're still unwell or can't find the right time, or have broken equipment.
The results are beautiful I enjoy watching you work your magic. I also enjoy listening to your accent young man.
Yup,got my ☕️,waiting on Sean.😎
Another magnificent job Sean! You are such a blessing to us all. Whether you have touched our lawns or not, you have certainly touched our hearts! Much love and respect to you and your family from east Tennessee!

Aww, how uplifting. Wonderful work, beautiful ethics and invaluable community asset. Bloody good Sean.
Spectacular job! It just amazes me how you can take an absolute jungle and transform it into a showplace. I really love the edging and what a huge difference it makes. Also love your push mower. That’s a little go-getter. Stay safe and be blessed!
Wow! Fantastic job, Sean! The client must be very happy to have her yard looking so nice again! Can't wait for part 2! And, I'm glad to see an update on a previous house. Happy to see it's still looking good! Sometimes, all you need is an initial clean up in order to be able to keep things up.
Great transformation. Thanks for quick reflexes in saving that little guy. Love the look when mowed with the Victa! 👀 Looking forward to the back!
The whole house just got an upgrade. It's really pretty. The transformations never get old. It's fascinating to see what you are going to discover.

Like your work. Certainly makes a difference. Congratulations from a Kiwi.
From a man with a walk behind to a dude with a ride on - you have developed the signature move of spiral mowing... and realised how going in the right direction also consolidates the clippings into a small pile for easy pickup... great work! I see you also had an audience next door at one point... free entertainment for a couple of lads... maybe inspiring the next generation?

Fantastic job!!! The yard looks so much larger now, and so neat looking. It has to give the homeowner some incentive now that they see how beautiful it can look. Can't wait to see the backyard transformation.
I love the way you bond with your machines… I’ve been watching so long I remember when you didn’t OWN a Scag and didn’t plan to get one until you felt your business warranted it. That gained my respect. I’ve watched you push those little mowers through grass as tall as I am (5ft). And they mastered it!! You made me want one!! Great job, today, as usual!! Can’t wait for the back!!

That little 2 stroke works a real treat. And was really nice seeing you enjoy yourself. You do such wonderful things for other people. I hope your week is going good for you.
I hope you don't underestimate the impact your work has on the recipients as well as their communities. I imagine it is a huge morale boost and encourages folks to get outside and do their own bit of gardening.
Turned out to be a much larger yard than it originally appeared What an excellent job!
Great job done there. So happy you were able to help. God bless.
Thanks for showing us the "kept up" yard. That was nice. At 7:19, we have a view of a somewhat rough lawn, something a person might have after mowing an overgrown yard. At this point, you are starting some edging...but from the initial views, we know you are going to get that yard polished when finished. Enjoy watching the procedures as you nudge yards into form and grace.
Great job as usual. 2 stroke machines are the faithful ones in your collection of tools. Never let you down xx
Sean, some of these yards look like they just woke up from a wild party. When you get done they are in their Sunday best. 👍❤️
WOW, just WOW. You do such great work Shawn.
Awesome job as usual! I know you have made the homeowner one happy person. Thank goodness for people like you.
Can't wait for 'part two'. Nice job.
Most excellent! 👌 Great job as always Sean! Your attention to detail is on point and I can't wait to see the backyard done! Well done Sean! 💖
The new/old mower is a jewel! I know this lady is tickled pink with her yard. Great job Sean!!!
It's like I can almost hear these yards saying "Ahh...thank you!" Lol
I like watching HOW you tackle these overgrown yards. I would not know where to start. Genius.
Great, I’ll get my ☕️ and wait.
Very nice job, as always, Sean! I was 20 minutes late for the premier so I went back & watched the entire video! Looks like a gorgeous day in your part of NSW. Wish you could send me a little of that heat! It's raining & a few degrees above freezing here so no snow just wet bone chilling cold!🥶 🤗&😘from SE Tennessee, USA!😊🌱🪴🌳🌴🌹

Great yard make over. Love watching your videos.

You are such a blessing to so many people. Thank You for doing what you do.
That zero turn appears to be a real game changer.....
As soon as I saw that mower. I thought to myself, hes going to use it on the whole yard. Did a brilliant job.
Another job well done, Sean The back yard for next week looks as if it might be a nightmare tho; looking forward to seeing that video. :)
Love the two little kids watching you mow from the window at the 4:10 mark in the video!
Beautiful double spiral. 10
That sure was fun Sean. Could tell you enjoyed the final mow! Looks beautiful. ❤️ can’t wait to come along for the backyard transformation. ❤️
I am so glad that there are organizations that recognize that many times physical limitations can grow into mental limitations as well. Many times people who don’t deal with the physical limitations don’t think about the mental effects it has on a person.

Lovely work as usual. I love seeing my old neighbourhoods in your videos, so many childhood memories.
Great to see the push mower back out, brings us back to the days you would count how many times you empty the catcher for 1 lawn , im sure you don't miss that 😉
Beautiful! You’re doing the backyard!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉. That white garden table should move to the back, coffee in the morning kinda spot. You are such a gem Sean.
Know the client, even if 80 yo, is delighted enough to sing and dance literally andd figuratively! Your 100AD find did a bang up final pass. Ready for backyard when you are, mate.👍💪😊
You have such a big heart. Your community is so fortunate to have you. God bless you and your family❤
Nice work Sean. There is something satisfying about using a push mower instead of a rider. For me it is the striping kit I added to my Toro Tricycler. I have nice crisp lines like my local golf course fairways.

Wish I had someone like you near me in England, my lawn was like a bowling green until an accident stopped me doing any gardening, you are a God send to your clients
Hey Sean. Another five star job, champ. Well deserved cold beer after that lawn . Take care champ.
Don't worry about being late on posting videos Sean! The most important thing is your well being & family. You deserve a break! We'll be here - patiently waiting! Another fantastic job on the front yard & editing the video!! It sure looked hot & you deserved water breaks. It's chilly where I live - North Carolina (49 degrees F). The backyard looks like a hot mess! LOL! Can't wait to see part 2. In the meantime, take care of yourself!
Sean !! Indeed its beautiful you must love your new toy ❤️ walking lawnmower . Thank you for sharing with kindness 🙏
Sometimes when you show a quick recap at the start I close my eyes so I don’t spoil the surprise! I love your videos, so relaxing and calming. I have also learned a lot about how to care for my own yard. Keep being wonderful ❤
your "collector's item" mower made a great job of it - showing how well made they are, I guess - the whole thing looked lovely - given the sign "nanna's garden" I guess the lady is utterly made up to see someone take her wilderness in hand for her again - thanks for sharing, as ever
