He’s one of the best in the biz. He’s a solid dude that is a dedicated professional and genuinely cares about the fighters. I had zero doubt in him he’d continued to be an excellent ref. I guarantee you even though he absolutely made the right call he was probably immediately worried about Walker taking that extra shot that put him totally out.

I rewatched his KO, just my opinion, but after Ankalaev broke his nose last fight knocked him out, Oezdimir def broke his nose again tonight early, dude started having PTSD wiping blood/pawing at it constantly, he broke down. I completely agree. I've been thinking people sleep on Volkov, but he looked insanely good this fight. I always thought to beat Pavlovich on the feet you have to KO him or else you're getting KOd, but Volkov won every single round.
