Fighters and organizations should do what’s best for them. If fighters can get treated better somewhere else they should do that. Hopefully other organizations can get bigger and afford these higher level fighters too. Right now the UFC has zero incentive to change their business practice because it’s worked so well. Competition could change that

Just to play “devil’s advocate” on this issue, how many fighters would even have the opportunity to make a living as a fighter without Dana White? Dana White is arguably one of the only reasons there is a UFC in the first place. How many hours and how much has Dana White personally sacrificed just to make the UFC a reality? I just think the man deserves credit for what he helped build, even if he’s not everybody’s favourite guy.
