The key to Khabib's success is that he is grateful for what God has given to him, thats why Khabib decided to retire even when he was in his prime . . Yeah I know that in the modern society being close to the God is considered as a sign of weakness,, but Khabib (and some sport Athletes) proves that was so wrong . . Interesting video, but at 6:50 when you say "Khabib never had any weight problems", that's of course super wrong. He was famously hospitalized because of the weight cut for the Ferguson fight at UFC 209, and the fight had to be cancelled. Then he missed weight for the Abel Trujillo fight at UFC 260 by more than 2 pounds, and was so exhausted from the cut that he opted to take less money rather than try to shed the last 2 pounds. And he barely made weight at UFC 242 against Dustin Poirier, fully collapsing on the scale. And he said he had seizures from the cut for the Conor fight. It would have been pretty bad if he'd missed weight for that since Conor had been dodging him for years on the premise that Khabib wouldn't be able to make weight, calling him the "Fat Elephant". Conor now likes to say that Khabib retired specifically because of weight cut issues. And RIP Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov, you raised a great man.

I miss this man as a leader. His methods are abrasive and intense, but so is life. It took me until recently (23 and still learning) to realize the necessity for discipline and structure in life. A measurement of your existence isn’t ever anyone else expectations, it’s the measurement of the life you build yourself. No one ever knows the mountain you climb, but they can struggle the same up their own, and the journey to the summit has its own unique features and moments of appreciation/joy. 4:41 is a piece of wisdom I myself hope to fully grasp and pass on to the future generation. Life isn’t tough, you are. Rest in peace

And being know as the ELITE he still was learning everyday and all he did was to lead by example and constantly with the ultimate goal to achieve the ULTIMATE OF GOALS AND ACHIEVEMENT. Having a father like Abdulmanap is living through such high standards a lot of people if not most, wouldn't be able to handle that, even Khabib probably hated his father many times, before understanding him and rightfully praising him the way he does.
