Holly put on a masterclass of her skills - classy winner even stayed down whilst Ronda was eating alot of humble pie to check she was okay. Ronda didnt touch gloves, but she was eating them by the end of the fight. The better and classier fighter prepared so well that a win was inevitable. Dana White will cash in too on the rematch - I bet he went home to Conor last night in tears.

+Scott Robinson well then her coach should not have been saying she's a great boxer, she knocks out world champion boxers all the time in the gym, she can beat anyone in the world, etc... need i go on? people don't realize rousey's success was attained convincingly against her opponents BEFORE they ever set foot in the cage with her.... meaning she did have a "tyson" like effect of the opponents beating themselves with doubt before the fight even began. The first fighter that actually had some skills in the standup, and most importantly never waivered in their belief in themselves, totally dominated her. how do you beat an opponent? you beat them where they are weakest, yet all her previous opponents ran into her clinch, which is obviously her greatest strength... and incredible if i must be honest, and ultimately beat themselves, instead of sticking to the gameplan. It's obviously easier said than done, hence why rousey was so dominate. Unwaivering belief in one's self can be very intimidating tooo an opponent!

Failure is the cure for pride. Take note Ronda.

Huge RR fan. Predicted Holly wouldn't even last a round. Thought RR would walk thru her like taking candy from a baby. Boy was i wrong! That was a serious ass whoopin it wasn't even CLOSE!

I know this is a long time ago but i come back to watch the fight and see a supposed "underdog" (which i never believed she was at all) take down Ronda, not to disparage her.. I had watched Holly over the years prior and knew her style could possibly confuse Ronda. Also the kickboxing and straight boxing was exceptional something that unfortunately Ronda didn't have at that period, I think she would have been able to come back with some good training and a better attitude. I kind of wish she would make a comeback and get the UFC some more views and popularity.

RIP Ronda.

The confidence and respect for he opponent but never losing cool. I know he would win with his approach and mind set and holly homes had the same mind set and approach. The kick is just holm's secondary attack not her primary skill (punch). if someone is beaten only by someone else's seceondary skill it means that she is not good enough. ronda beat all her previous opponent not because she was good but because they all not good. i saw rousey's previous opponent and their technique is bad.
