I agree with Carthi, Ikari is just Super’s version of S.S-J.4. It’s just redone differently, the idea of the Oozaru being in a humanoid form, just that it’s not combined with S.S-J.Grade.4 to create a whole new form like in G.T. In Super anime, (Super) Broly did stacked Ikari & S.S-J.Grade.1, however, it didn’t create a whole new form (I think?). It’s just a stacked form, not creating a whole new thing.
