as a Celtics lifer, i once laughed and frowned upon this supposed "heat culture", did so for about 20 years, i was thinking maaann look at this puny expansion team that hasn't won jack come up with this nonsense. It took me many years but then i realized the thing is real!! This organization really has a capacity to achieve the most with its given lot (meaning they will always get to their ceiling, whether that's a chip or a semifinal in the playoffs), they will never underperform and will always keep grinding and never cheat the game on effort, that is heat culture for me... i now respect and admire the Heat organization

As a Miami Heat fan from one county north, I still grew up on the Celtics because of my grandfather. We had some amazing battles. We’ve been having amazing battles for a long time! Talk about too grinding out teams. I’m going to cast some shade now lol but not like Detroit which only ground it out for a few years in the 80s and about 2 to 3 in the 2000s lol much respect brother.
