No need of using mixi Keep the "pada"with little curd before one night. (Hot places).And in the morning pour in a big vessel .And stirr with fingers . Not to add water . When the butter is seeing in round round you can add ice cubes. Then again stirr ,you will get butter easily . Take out butter. And the remaining water kept for boiling . Just start to boil .Add lemon juice . Then off burner you will get paneer . Shift paneer in a strainer and keep under fresh water. Get paneer. With that paneer you can make panner bujia
