I remember the old days of 130 renown per Terror Hunt, I wish I bought 90 day renown boosters the first 2 years of siege.

For your humble opinion: there are so many items you can get in alpha packs now, duplicates should be removed

When I started playing on console, I bought the base version of the game, and they still had every DLC operator for 25k renown, and the base operators were 500, 1000, 1500, 2000 renown in sequence for each different country (GIGN, GSG 9, etc), talk about a grind

Remember when starter operators ( iq , pulse, glaz...) cost 12500 , and now they cost 1000 . RIP my griding 😅

I have the battle pass and it still is taking forever to gain renowned. I went 8-2 in my placements and didnt get passed level 8 on the battle pass. I even completed 2 of the assignments

I totally want a better way to communicate w/o voice chat too. Personally, I HATE using voice comms with randos and mute people the instant someone says something toxic or obnoxious because I hate people and don’t want to put up with it

What are your thoughts of Ubisoft adding more Situations and Tutorials for newcomers? The tutorial is very outdated and there aren't really straightforward instructions when playing the situations.

My only issue is the removal of the discount for any purchase. Yeah, it was only 10% but it really made a difference. Why remove it now when you clearly had no issue with it for years.

The lack of a season pass was the reason I stopped playing. I don't play often but I always bought the season pass so I could play the new operators immediately without dealing with it. But nope, battlepass. I'm out Ubisoft, 700 hours feels wasted

How about a blitz rework where his shield does an emp blast. If he shoots the defender gadgets with the blast they get disabled. Blitz would be good for that because he can rush room with shield protection then disable the gadgets from range.

Like a shitty thatcher? He should be buffed around his movement and usability he's very slow and clunky if he could activate some sort of silent step like cav but instead get a slight buff to his speed and health and maybe give the knockdown affect like Oryx then that would be better IMO. Don't make him do thatchers job that could easily break the game when it comes to breaching hard walls.

What do you think about an animation rework for every gun. Even if they can't give us new guns at least give us new reload animations that make them feel like they are new even if they are the same. This wouldn't change the time it takes but have something different, because let's just say looking at the same animations for 7 years is getting really repetetive. They have a big studio and a lot of animators and if those don't work to make the animations for new guns anyway yeah...

I thought boobisoft said they would change the animations of reloads to freshen them up, but I guess they forgot after nokk and warden.

They also nerfed farming renown in the last update cutting it by over 50% in training grounds. They also didn’t even put this in the patch notes. Apparently they capped renown to 20k in training grounds too.

They'd be dead though. Makes no sense to operate something while you're dead. You can already look at cams when you're dead.

The thing is I've only now saved up enough renown for the seasonal skin 2 WEEKS after season launch. To put that in perspective I'm level 40 in the battle pass when I started at level 0 but again with that battle pass bonus I could've been a few levels farther if I had that season pass

The thing I don’t understand is that they replaced the Daily Challenges with the Battlepass Challenges we had before. I was thinking they would replace the renown reward with Battlepass Points. But no they just linked it to the same Battlepass Challenges we’ve had since like Steel Wave. I just hope they give the people who purchased the premium pass the same VIP Bonuses throughout the time the battlepass is active. So that would be the renown boost, shop discount, alpha pack change and extra battlepass points.

Do you think they should make drone kill cams for the prep phase? So you can see how bad that one kapkans aim was right before you nearly escaped

Question. What do you think about them adding the feature where if you crouch, you don't set off lesion mines, as a way to add a little more counterplay to his trap vs just using an IQ as of right now

You dont need the request wheel to be voice acted. You can just have a little symbol. Defuser with an arrow down, thermite's operator icon for hard breach, etc. If you really wanted it voice acted you can get a universal voice like the guy who talks when the round starts. Just have him go "Defuser requested" and maybe have it have like a 5 sec cooldown so they dont spam it. I wouldn't mind that, especially if it would work towards one day releasing the voices of ever operator

How do you feel about the amount of renown that Ubi is asking for the seasonal skin and the seasonal skin package with the attachment skin and charm? These packs have always been a fair amount, but it feels like these are really expensive, which could be daunting for new players that can’t shell out money to buy them with r6 credits.

An emote menu like in the last question would be so perfect for console players - literally every time I turn on my mic, the lobby bombards me with racial and homophobic slurs

Sunday/Monday/Tuesday Mailbox: What do you think about a new system in Siege that gives more interaction between teammates? Things such as a defender on the second floor helping a fellow defender below him climb up a hatch or for offense giving attackers the ability to toss the defuser to each other? These are two that I could think of, but I think Ubi could get creative with things like that and it could be a cool teamwork aspect thats added to the game.

There was definitely spam peeking when the game first came out.

quick chat / chat wheel is something console needed since launch.. since you cant push to talk on console, this led to the extrem amount of team killing..

Since the new season you can only get a maximum of 20k renown per day (previously 50k)

what are your thoughts on flores ? i like the idea of flores but he needs to have some drones taken away. i constantly find my self in bad positions bc i have 4 exploding drones coming at me. that paired with another person is a free kill for offense

I'm still pissed at Ubisoft for deleting my 2k Ubusoft points from years and years of saving them up and now I just got 50.

What do you think about granting alpha packs more consistently, such as every 5 or 10 games played grants a pack, or every 20-30 kills, instead of relying on winning as well as the % of the roll as the only method

I unlocked every attachment for every gun with renown... Ubi made everything free the following week.

Hey Mat, how would you feel about a buff to Fuze where his charges go through reimbursements? I can see how it can be annoying, but i wouldn’t say overpowered.

What do you think of reducing overtime to a best of 2 rounds in ranked? 1 attack and 1 defense. If a tie occurs then both teams get 1/3 of the mmr they would have received for the win.

The removal of the daily challenges really turned me off from year 6. Quick, simple challenges to get you some fast renown. They've been in the game since launch and have never been touched until now. Ubisoft literally didn't even give a reason for their removal, which definitely means they did it to slow down how fast people get renown. And what were the challenges replaced by? A shortcut that leads to the challenges tab in the Battlepass, something that was already in the game.

I still have several OPs to unlock, but it is so hard to collect renown now...even with boosters, it still usually takes more than 30 matches to unlock one operator...LOL

I remember when you used renown to buy gun attachments and those stupid little charms. Anyone else been playing siege that long?

I personally haven’t spent money in the game, excluding season pass every year normally. Never going to buy the battlepass.

Do you feel as though Flores is underwhelming? He was hyped up to be great but I feel as though he isn't that great.
