You, are the naive one. The american government is definitely interested in the politics of many countries not just kenya, but not at the level you want to assume they are. They are interested in the "bigger picture," if can try to wrap your head around that logic. To assume that the american government would, for example, be interested in who becomes the governor of any county forget even the members of parliament is just daft. Unless they mention either Uhuru, Ruto or Raila there's no other person they'll be mentioning for political reasons. Anyone else mentioned will be more than likely just a crook. Hiyo propaganda ya political meddling doesn't wash with insignificant political actors. It doesn't make any logical sense.
