Joshua Tree era U2 is perhaps the greatest rock band to ever grace this planet. Certainly as good as early 70s stones and Zepp. Maybe as good as late 60s Beatles. They're just so good during this time.
Some of the best shows on JTT are these early ones with the set lists like this one.

Arguably the most important track on JT, always felt cheated! Would love to know what prompted their decision not to play it!

@@bougeac they didn't play it few times during that tour, specially when playing two or multiple nights in the same town. The "alternative" opening used to be "Stand By Me" (P.A. + band), "C'mon Everybody" and then "I Will Follow", "Still Haven't Found" etc.
