No but as the professional and “most moral” military they have a responsibility to keep all civilians safe at least from the danger they themselves the IDF create.

@user-wh6cb5gv4e And that the IDF has done. Leaflets and warnings to the Rafah civilians, as they have during the entire campaign. Now, how many can get out depends on Hamas. They do need to keep plenty of civilians around to hide behind.

Comical. It is without question that Israel's use of US weapons violates international law. Well over 50 percent of casualties are NOT HAMAS, but non combatant women and children. This is a stunningly obvious violation of international law. The backpedaling on the language is simply comical (a dark comedy).
