U.D.O. [HD] Balls To The Wall 2012 Live Wacken

Музыка

Balls to the Wall is the fifth album by the German heavy metal band Accept. European label Lark Records released the album in December 1983, but its US release was delayed until a month later in January 1984 as to not compete with the band's then-current album Restless and Wild, which had arrived in the US in early 1983. It is Accept's only record to attain Gold certification in America. The album's lead single, "Balls to the Wall", became Accept's signature tune and remains a metal anthem and trademark in the genre
U.D.O. is a German heavy metal band founded by lead singer Udo Dirkschneider in 1987After Udo Dirkschneider left Accept in 1987, a large fan community followed him to U.D.O
Stefan Kaufmann joined Accept's singer Udo Dirkschneider in his band U.D.O. as guitar player in 1996, following Accept's second breakup, and has recorded seven albums with them. On 13 September 2012, it was announced that Kaufman has ceased playing in U.D.O. for health reasons, though he will continue to work with the band in other capacities.[
Stefan Kaufmann joined Accept as drummer early enough to appear on the cover photos for their debut album, but too late to record the drums for the album (that was done by Frank Friedrich). After drumming on nine albums, he had to give up drumming towards the end of Accept's career due to health problems.
Kaufmann has produced the live albums Staying a Life and All Areas - Worldwide for Accept and contributed significantly to Accept's songwriting. He has worked extensively as a record producer for other bands. He produced or co-produced every U.D.O. album from 1990 until 2011.
During his tenure with Accept, Kaufmann used Tama drums. He was also one of the first drummers to use Meinl cymbals when they became widely manufactured and sold in the late 1970s.

Perhaps some of you 80's metal heads will remember this: In around 1983-84 there was this show that came on at midnight on Friday night called Metal Shop. It was syndicated nationally and they talked about the latest metal news, played some of the new tracks and just basically rocked for an hour. They had Dave Murray on for an interview and at the end, whoever was the guest got to pick the heaviest new track out. He picked this. It was the first time I had heard it. I was at Karma the next day getting the cassette and some new screens for my pipe...ahh...the good ol' 80's metal scene. Nothing ever quite like it.

Live TV Putin finally congratulates Biden on US election victory By Mary Ilyushina, CNN Updated 9:29 AM EST, Tue December 15, 2020 Moscow(CNN)Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated Joe Biden on his victory in the US presidential election Tuesday, six weeks after the vote and a day after the Electoral College officially affirmed Biden's win. While many world leaders congratulated President-elect Biden within days of the election, the Kremlin said at the time that it deemed it "correct" to wait for the official results before Putin congratulated the winner. "Vladimir Putin wished the President-elect every success and expressed confidence that Russia and the United States, which bear special responsibility for global security and stability, despite their differences can truly contribute to solving many problems and challenges that the world is currently facing," a Kremlin readout said on Tuesday. Putin noted that "Russian-American cooperation based on the principles of equality and mutual respect would meet the interests of people in both countries as well as the entire international community." "For my part, I am ready for cooperation and contacts with you," the Russian President said. CNN-Bellingcat investigation identifies Russian specialists who trailed Putin's nemesis Alexey Navalny before he was poisoned The outreach to the incoming administration comes amid news that may further strain US-Russian relations, following a CNN-Bellingcat investigation that identified Russian specialists who trailed Putin's main political opponent, opposition leader Alexey Navalny. It also comes as US officials scramble to respond to a massive data breach attributed to Russian hackers. It's also a marked contrast to 2016, when the Kremlin congratulated US President Donald Trump within hours of the race being called, but Biden's administration will have a very different attitude towards Russia. Trump lavished praise on Putin during his presidency, stoking suspicion over his campaign's possible connection to Russian meddling in the election. The same cozy relationship cannot be expected with Biden, who has vowed to treat foreign interference "as an adversarial act." "Biden will work hard with partners and allies to push back on whatever Russia is up to, whether it's trying to assassinate Russian citizens overseas, or kill their own opposition leaders like the alleged attempt with [Alexey] Navalny in Siberia, or activities in Syria, Crimea, etc.," Karin von Hippel, director-general of the Royal United Services Institute, told CNN in the wake of the election last month. "So I do think he [Putin] knows that there will be much more of an effort to try to contain Russia." Russia has had a free hand for some years now -- including at the end of President Barack Obama's years in office -- according to von Hippel, a former nonpolitical senior adviser at the State Department under the Obama administration. In late October, Biden called Russia "the main threat" to US national security in an interview with 60 Minutes on CBS. Kremlin spokesman Peskov responded by saying that such rhetoric amplified "hatred towards the Russian Federation." In the run-up to the election, the two countries did not reach a deal to extend a key arms reduction treaty signed by Presidents Obama and Dmitry Medvedev in 2010 -- which the Trump administration was pushing for ahead of election day. Putin previously indicated that he sees strategic treaties as one of the potential points for cooperation with Biden. CNN's Eliza Mackintosh contributed reporting. (“A person aids and abets the [commission] [or] [attempted commission] of a crime when he or she: (1) With knowledge of the unlawful purpose of the perpetrator, and (2) With the intent or purpose of committing or encouraging or facilitating the commission of the crime, and (3) By act or advice, [or, by failing to act in a situation where a person has a legal duty to act,] aids, promotes, encourages or instigates the commission of the crime. [A person who aids and abets the [commission] [or] [attempted commission] of a crime need not be present at the scene of the crime.] [Mere presence at the scene of a crime which does not itself assist the commission of the crime does not amount to aiding and abetting.] [Mere knowledge that a crime is being committed and [in the absence of a legal duty to take every step reasonably possible to prevent the crime,] the failure to prevent it does not amount to aiding and abetting.]”) See same. People v. Mccoy (2001) 25 Cal.4th 1111, 1122. (“We thus conclude that when a person, with the mental state necessary for an aider and abettor, helps or induces another to kill, that person’s guilt is determined by the combined acts of all the participants as well as that person’s own mens rea. If that person’s mens rea is more culpable than another’s, that person’s guilt may be greater even if the other might be deemed the actual perpetrator. Because we cannot anticipate all possible nonhomicide crimes or circumstances, we express no view on whether or how these principles apply outside the homicide context. (See Dressler, Understanding Criminal Law, supra, § 30.06[C], pp. 450-451.)”) Facts taken from same. People v. Coffman (2004) 34 Cal.4th 1, 106-107. (“Elaborating on the natural and probable consequences doctrine, in People v. Prettyman (1996) 14 Cal.4th 248, 261, 58 Cal.Rptr.2d 827, 926 P.2d 1013, and People v. Croy (1985) 41 Cal.3d 1, 12, footnote 5, 221 Cal.Rptr. 592, 710 P.2d 392, we observed that an aider and abettor “is guilty not only of the offense he intended to facilitate or encourage, but also of any reasonably foreseeable offense committed by the person he aids and abets.” As the Court of Appeal in People v. Brigham (1989) 216 Cal.App.3d 1039, 265 Cal.Rptr. 486 noted, although variations in phrasing are found in decisions addressing the doctrine-“probable and natural,” “natural and reasonable,” and “reasonably foreseeable”-the ultimate factual question is one of foreseeability. ( Id. at pp. 1050, 1054, 265 Cal.Rptr. 486; see People v. Roberts (1992) 2 Cal.4th 271, 316-322, 6 Cal.Rptr.2d 276, 826 P.2d 274.) “A natural and probable consequence is a foreseeable consequence…””)See also CALJIC 3.02 Principals-Liability for Natural and Probable Consequences. See both cites, endnote 28, above. People v. Godinez (1992) 2 Cal.App.4th 492, 499. (“The parties agree the liability of an aider and abettor [as set forth in California Penal Code 31 PC] is not limited to the target crime which he knowingly and intentionally aids and encourages, but can include crimes committed by the perpetrator which are natural and reasonable consequences of the criminal course of conduct the aider and abettor knowingly aids and encourages. ( People v. Jones (1989) 207 Cal.App.3d 1090, 1095-1096 [ 255 Cal.Rptr. 464].) It is now settled that it is a question of fact whether the charged offense was a natural and reasonable consequence of the target offense knowingly encouraged, and the jury should be instructed of its responsibility to determine this factual issue.”) People v. That intro still feels like a slap across the face, even after all these years! One thing about us metal heads old and young is that we never judge or criticize each other, not over appearance not over anything except maybe stupid behavior but that's it. Substance, talent and attitude over approved image. This is what separates metal from many other styles of music and invites everyone who feel alike together to have awesome time. So please no more "He looks like" comments.

I remember when the video for this song came out and I had one of your first WTF moments of my life when that intro riff kicked in. Udo is an underated metal singer in my opinion and he should be mentioned up there with the best.

Robert Miller Ups I ask sorry, I thought you live in Germany sorry. Well I think you understand. I prefer Udo Dirkschneider as singer. But on the other late for me now U.D.O. and ACCEPT are two different bands and in my opinion a different style. For me as songwriter and technical guitarplayer Wolf Hoffmann is awesome. The style of ACCEPT for me is more a hymn Hardrock. UDO for me is pure rock. A little bit different, I prefer Udo Dirkschneider, but I like also the new ACCEPT. The last album of ACCEPT is awesome in my ears.
