Hi Canadian Watch Monkey. I think it looks cool. All the U boat watches are definitely not boring. There's a replica of that bridge on a lake in Nevada close to the Arizona border.

It's a beautiful watch and I want to buy one, but I'm torn between which size to get. I wish they made it in 42mm. With a 7.5" -8" wrist depending on the time of year and my fluctuating weight of about 20lbs., a 42 mm would be perfect.

Very nice! Was immediately interested. But then I saw the price. Uffff. Very nice design/idea/quality. But still, it's just a simple quartz watch... Edit: And with that style of watch I would have thought, it's like a bazillion meters water resistant. But it's only 50. That is underwhelming.

Agree it should be 500 meters water resistant . You can find these watches on sale for around $1000 Canadian just make sure to get the newest ones with 2 separate ports for battery and oil

Quarts is accurate, i belive its a mechanicle quarts. Gotta have atleast one quarts watch in a collection !

The watch movement consists of a battery, electronic circuits, and a quartz crystal. The battery sends electric current through the quartz crystal, causing it to oscillate at a frequency of 32,768 kHz. The oscillations measured by the circuits are converted into an exact time signal, which in turn regulates the movement of the watch hands.

I have the 44m with the black case. Beautiful and problem free. Everyone is mesmerized by the bubble.

I've got the blue one. it's a real head tuner.
