Why do some MMA fighters call non MMA fighters "civilians"? I heard Jon Jones also say this as well. Don't these guys realise they are civilians? Non civilians are the armed forces. You guys are unarmed and you aren't military either, you literally are a civilian who works for a private company called the UFC, you are sportsmen essentially like boxers, you are civilians.
