Dolly Parton is a Tennessee girl that grew up with my late mom. Tennessee was poor back before WW2 and farming is a big job. The poverty was everywhere and they never got enough to eat no wonder their grandkids are so big! The Love that is from Dolly’s song tells it all her life is no mystery because she sang from her heart all of her memories of a place that no longer exists because the people of then are now waiting for Jesus Christ to appear with the Clouds to save us all from this nightmare of living in a world without love.

I used AI Chat and typed in a long paragraph with several questions. A split second before I could finish hitting send, the long answer appeared. This was a conversation with a thinking feeling being and not artificial intelligence, it was a demon.

By extension, language is just the output of the computations done by your brain. We are learning and developing the mathematical structures to replicate that ability. It really is just 1s and 0s. I like how they make fun of themselves. This is a rare quality, and people unable to joke about themselves (ie they take themselves far too seriously) are scary things too.

AI could write a country song about a guy whose truck broke down, his woman left him and his dog died that day. What it couldn't do is give the vocals the heartbreak and the depths of sadness of the soul. It can't feel passion good or bad.

It might surprise you, but it probably can simulate it in a sensorily indistinguishable way to the human ear, just like AI images to the human eye, but will not - as an inanimate technology - have necessarily the capacity for an intangible impact upon one’s soul/spirit, that a spiritually-incarnate (human) singer effects upon another person.

It wouldn't feel it, but you wouldn't know the difference by listening if you weren't told. I don't understand why people feel so threatened, it doesn't take away from your own humanity. This is awesome tech and a marvel of technology. Adapt and use the tech or you'll be left behind. People will regret not developing the skills and competence with this stuff in a few years.

Artists need to adopt digital signatures for their content. They sign their work with one of their private keys. AI won’t have the private key so it will immediately be able to be detected as fake. Any media can be digitally signed. If adopted, this will stop a significant amount of people mistaking AI generated for the real thing.

In 1982 a little film had a conversation between a program and it's creator. This A.I. had outpaced expectations and was in position to expand it's reach and wasn't above blackmail to do so. The only thing that dates it was the amount of intelligent expansion it acquired. "2415 times smarter" may have seemed like a lot back then but with todays tech, it's miniscule.

The issue with any form of automation is the removal of expertise from the process. In the case of A.I., the further the data is kept from the decision point, the fewer insights and innovations will occur. We've seen in industry the creation of cheap, carbon copy products and the decrease in value of same until we'd rather discard and replace than repair. Now, imagine the impact on non-tangible IP. We'll likely end up with very unoriginal end products, which almost but don't quite satisfy since none are truly "new" or "different".
