this man is the reason I love kickboxing like I do now! about the start of last year I was watching mma vids on here and came across his fight with overreem. I thought it was amazing how someone who was much smaller then reem could push him all the way so I looked up his fights and am now hooked for life. heal up champ, and come back better then ever!

Mehdi Sycko I started with that one to;) one year ago... but indeed if you really want to make good stuff you have to try Sony Vegas or Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects but it's a lot harder to use;)

Well it's easy to say... and I know it's hard to become big without taking roids or some of that shit... but he build it up from the age of 17 till 26;) 9 years of dieting and strength training... I don't know but maybe this is possible;) He didn't became a big man in 2 years or something;) But it's possible that he did it I don't know

Kickboxingplanet Ya its not like he was 210 and ripped in like 6 months with roids you could literally do that in under a year www.aworkoutroutine.com/steroids-vs-natural/ 13 lbs in 10 weeks = 65lbs of lean mass in a year. vs like 20 ish lbs lean mass a year natty. People like to whine and make excuses when someone is more powerful than them. STEROIDS BRO!

Mike Hunt Really? cuz I have more power than Prime Andy Hug R.I.P. He pulled upwards 550 around 225. I can pull around 550 at 180, which is more powerful if you compare it with sinclair or wilks but you probably dont know what that means anyway. I also have a higher vertical than 80% of the 97 us world freestyle wrestling team. Also as much power as #2 170 pounder joe valtellini. Come at me bro.
