Another great short yet inclusive and practical video of advice. I agree that stretching indeed helps but I also agree its short lived. Another method that lasts a bit longer (even a few hours sometimes) is massages (not less than an hour and not more than 90 minutes). I found it to helpful as well. Although it can be very expensive so the best free method remain s to be stretching. Thanks for the video, coffee's on my tab today.

I so agree with you diet is so important. No carbs and sugars . Thank you again for this video Have a great Christmas 🎄

Thank you for this super video. I have a choice. I can change my lifestyle to have more ability or I can change nothing and increase my disability. Dec 22 until Jan 8 I have booked time alone to work on changing my behavior and habits. I will follow up to let you know how it goes when the routine is in place. Your help gives a sense of some control where there seems to be none. Extending Seasons Greetings to all ❤

I'm 40, and got prolapsed disc in the cervical spine when I was 22. A couple of years later, I got diagnosed with bipolar 2, and aspergers. So, living with these things for close to 20 years now, I'm used to chronic pain, periodes of feeling numb in my arms and hands, and lots of other "weird issues" However, right before christmas in 2022, I suddenly got numb in half of my face, and when tring to smile, my mouth was very uneven. This lasted for 3-4 days. I saw my doctor, who sent me to an MR, thinking I might have had a stroke or something similare. It turned out I hadn't, so that was the end of that. I never got an answer to what it was.. A couple of months later, I startet getting more and more periodes where both of my arms, and sometimes also my legs, was feeling "exhausted", for no obvious reason, as if I had carried something heavy for a long time, when I in reality hadn't done anything at al. And when I DID do something straining, like shoveling snow, my arms were shaking badly for quite a time afterwards.. These periodes have during the last 5-6 months become more and more freaquent, varying in severety from day to day. I've also had that numbnes in half of my face one more time during the last year, and I've had 3-4 times were my eyes weren't able to focus for a couple of hours at a time, and all I could see was very blury. In adition, I'm noticing that my balance have become a bit decresed (not TOO bad tho), and that I'm from time to time feel more "clumsy", were I for example can pick up some clothes, but drop it right after. I've also had some periodes for at least 5-6 years now, were my memory becomes pretty poor, and I struggle to get the words out. I know what I want to say, but can't say it (this usually only last for an hour or two at a time) I saw my doctor about the memory and speaking issues, and they concluded that it was caused by my brain not processing information fast enough, and getting "overwhelmed" in stressful times of my life.. Anyway, my question is, considering the, to me, unusal issues I've had, especially for the last year- year and a halv, do you think these things can be symptomphs of MS? (Btw, I'm from Norway, so sorry if my English isn't too good)

Thanks for watching and commenting. I can’t give medical advice but can share my experiences. Those definitely seem like some kind of neurological symptoms. Do you remember if in 2022 they saw any lesions with your MRI? Did they do an MRI of your spine as well? Definitely take this list of symptoms to your doctor and see if they recommend further testing or can give you some answers.

@@EvenSoItIsWell Thanks for your reply :) I'm pretty sure they just looked for signs of a stroke on the MRI, and no, they didn't take any of the spine at that time. But I'm currently writing down a short note each day, so that I can give a better description, once I see my doctor :) (And, HOPEFULLY I'll be taken serious, cause that have often been difficult for me in the past, as my doctor usually look at my mental diagnosis, and assume any other issues I have, are "just in my mind")

I've been having spasticity of my right hand for 4 weeks. I'm student and it delivers me a lot of troubles :D But I don't feel sad about it... Like, what can I do with it? I can't fix it immediately. I've been doing some exercises and situation has become better, but still, sometimes I just cant do anything. What's more - I have to study and to write hometasks when my hand allows me :D I already have learnt to do all sort of daily routine with just my left hand, but can't do anything with writing. One night spasticity was intense, so I couldn't sleep :( It was really upset, because I appreciate importance of sleep. Anyway, just wanted to give thanks for sharing experience and tips. Will try to do some stretching, haven't practiced it yet.
