I got a switch, after years without a console (pc player) and last time i touched a Pokemon Game was on sapphire gb advance sp (2003). Then i got some of the new gen games for switch (i include gen 4 as new XD), and I fell in love for Paldea. Musics, characters, enviroment, mons. For sure my 3rd fav pokemon game after gen 1 and 2. And since this year was a game-changing for my life, this game instantly became something significant for me (my treasure? Hehe) The final act of gen 9 got me way too involved and I went through the final battle on my feet. As this is the last episode I will deliver this year, i really wanted to drop this part with SV final boss music, as it was personal for me, and was also about the pinnacle of bond between the trainer and miraidon/koraidon, as it was with gold and typhlosion here. Thank you all for the support over these years, and the kind comments on every video!

Oh my god, I didn't realize it was actually Enterprisingengine93 making this comment... XD Anyway, yeah good point. Especially since Thunder Punch was a special move prior to the physical/special split in Gen 4 and at least Typhlosion can now also learn Fire Punch when fully evolved.

This episode had me shouting it was so good! From the bits with Lance to the amazing touch of Red protecting Kanto from Team Rocket's radio waves, to the other champions and Professors and Giovanni watching the broadcast, to LEAF TAKING OVER FOR BLUE AS HE TAKES OVER FOR LANCE OMG THIS WAS SO HYPE! And finally, of course, the fantastic fight between Ethan and the Gyarados and Quilava finally evolving! You've outdone yourself!

It was Red. U can see the scar on Hypno's forehead from Bruno's fight. And mt. Silver on the back. Around ep 20/21 i also showed that red was thunderbolting rocket balloons that tried to go to kanto xD

Pedro, you continue to deliver. I am honestly glad that you are continuing with this series, and I'm glad I found this animation series. The fact that you gave expansions to the Red and Gold lore is amazing, and some of the finer details are a dream come true for long time fans. My 22 year old Gold cartridge maynot save anymore, but this series keeps the memories alive.

I love everything in this episode, Pedro. Loved the flashbacks at the beginning with Clair and Lance, battles and the Scarlett and Violet music near the end was a great addition. 3:52 I liked how you had Cynthia, May, Silver (With the Scarlett and Violet books by the screen.), Professor Sada & Turo with Arven, and finally Giovanni watching at a bar watching what's happening at the Lake of Rage with the Typhlosion vs Red Gyarados battle.

Honestly you make a damn good job hell even better than the real thing considering you have zero dialogue and keep em short. The other region looking the shiny Gyarados was a cool callback to the intro of platinium and the fight itself was really cool !❤

A lot of neat touches in this video. For one I like that Red left some of his Pokemon behind to help when he's gone. Also Blue takes over the champion again when Lance is not there then Green takes his place at the gym.

Another amazing episode Pedro. Typhlosion is my favorite Pokémon so his debut here was incredible! Love how in Lances absence he made Blue champion again, and then Leaf became gym leader! So cool. I had a feeling Gold would get red Gyarados and I’m glad he did! The scene with all the Pokémon going mad from the radio waves like how Feraligatr did was great too, I was honestly scared one of em was gonna totally lose it again until Gold got through to his boy! Can’t wait for Lance and Gold’s invasion of the hideout !!

It was amazing how you explained how Kanto wasn't being affected and it was all thanks to Red's psychic mons, that was a really detail that show that even when he's taking a break he's still taking care of his home And Quilava's evolution is also pretty brutal, one of the best episodes so far!

Blue's expression when Lance tells him he has to fill in for him as champion while he's gone. 😂 Man, that Typhlosion evolution sequence was amazing!

Yes! Ive been waiting for Typhlosion for awhile now and you did hot disappoint. The evolution mid battle was spectacular and im excited to see how the story continues. It makes my week whenever i see a new episode is published!!

THAT WAS SO F***ING AWESOME Whole part one big fight start to finish and at no point it was boring. The cool evolution sequence and combat and such...I was on the edge of my seat all the time. Also, the cameos from the Elite four, old faithfuls Blue and Leaf, everyone watching the broadcast and of course Red's mons using that barrier to keep out the signal out of Kanto. One of the best parts so far for sure, if not best part of this johto series. At least until the future parts come out.

Finally the legendary encounter against the Red Gyarados🤩

What an epic and cinematic episode! Love the emphasis on Gold's special relationship with his Typhlosion! The action this episode also felt even more fluid than usual, the effort you put into it is very evident. I really appreciate the sneaking in of Paldea (Glad to see you enjoyed the game!)

That Typhlosion has some Naruto power scaling going on... it's starting to reach Pokémon Golder levels of “best starter”.

Cool Episode. The evolutions of the Starters are always a huge badass moment, and this one was no exception. The many references were a plus. I'm hyped for the beginning of the fight against Team Rocket. (Crossing the fingers there'll be the underground lair and the tower radio events one after the other).

Great video, I love how did you justify how he got out Lance to help Gold and the process when Typlosion how he finally shows up. I knew he was gonna capture that Gyarados. Leaf and Blue appeared once again even as cameo.

Damn using Typhlosions Flame Werl attack for creating a surface where he can stay midair - that was crazy man 👍 So lets see how Gold & Ziegfried are kicking Rocket a$$es in the next episode

So epic! Thank you Pedro, this is a part of my life I cherish quite a lot honestly, such a treat to my heart and soul to reignite the passion my child had for the Crystal game and my teenage had for the SoulSilver and HeartGold games

From a touching moment of Claire and Lance's past, Typhlosion's over the top evolution with an amazing rotating camera intro, and great details like the psychic pokemon protecting Kanto, and Green and Blue being put as temporary members for the Champion and Gym. All of of this equals and amazing pay off of an animation. From being introduced to this series randomly I am glad I got to see this through

From Lance's background on how he and Dragonite came to be a great team, to that battle with gyrados...this was absolutely amazing on all fronts. The evolution of typhlosion was probably on par in awesomeness as it was for Charizard and Red. Keep this awesome journey going sir, because we in the audience are itching for more!! ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

The idea of Mewtwo, Mew, and other Pokemon forming a barrier between Johto and Kanto to keep the radio waves out is genius! It makes me wonder that, because Red must also know this is going on, maybe the barrier was his idea. FIRE TORNADO IS SO COOL ! it suits Gold's personality so well too, it's almost absurdly cool, it so feels like something he'd brag about later. Like, "yeah, and THEN we were skateboarding over FIRE, and then Typhlosion was using Flame Wheel like a jet ski..." it's such a fun contrast to the absolute horror and dread that was Feraligatr's evolution scene. I also LOVED the split second thing you did with Gold and Typhlosion's eyes at 4:01, it reminds me so much of Red and Charizard, it's so great to see the characters' bonds with their starters, it's such a relatable feeling for any player. I am so excited to see Lance and Silver interact. Their dynamic is one of my favorites in the Johto games, and you always do such creative things with the game's canon, and expand their meaning and emotional impact. I can't wait!!

This. Was. AWESOME!!!! I love how you emphasised the bond between Ethan and his Typhlosion, and the Scarlet/Violet music was the icing on the cake! And man, Team Rocket is pure evil! Forcing Pokémon to attack their trainers? That's just wild! I loved this episode, and I can't wait to see more in the new year! Have a very Merry Christmas!

Now that was epic! Way to show how Gold and Typhlosion's bond right from the beginning and as it developed helped to overcome the radio waves. And very nice to see so many cameos from all across the world as the battle unfolds, showing Team Rocket can be opposed. And now we know why Lance was so angry to Hyper Beam a dude in the face; they scared all the Dratini babies. You never scare the babies.

This episode was awesome from start to finish. From Lance's appearance to typhlosions evolution to capturing the red gyarados. Amazing episode as always

YEEEEES!!!!!!! Ace action scenes as per usual! And whoa! The whole Pokemon World was watching that?!

Pretty awesome how both Red's Charizard and Gold/Ethan's Typhlosion evolved during a key moment that involved Team Rocket's shenanigans. Those cameos of Cynthia, May and the Professors from Paldea were unexpected.

From gen 3 to 8, Typhlosion couldn't learn Thunder Punch in the main games, aside from Legends Arceus. It is nice to see Scarlet and Violet have Typhlosion finally learn Thunder Punch, and seeing the way you reference that by showing Gold's Typhlosion Thunder Punching the Red Gyarados and Sada and Turo from Paldea holding their baby Arven watching the TV about the events at the Lake of Rage is splendid.

Every time I watch this episode I always think of how joyful Typhlosion’s entire entry is to the series. Especially meeting Lance and Dragonite and seeing Thunder Punch for the first time: “Can I do that? I wanna see if I can do that…I CAN DO THAT!!!”

The scene where Gold is hugging Quilava reminded me of when Ash hugged Chimchar after Ursaring drove him crazy. Awesome to see something similar happen here, with so much emotional weight.

Blue temporarily filling in for Lance at the pokemon league is a great little detail. 👍

That shot with Typhlosion roaring was genuinely good enough to end the episode on IMO, so I was pleasantly surprised when it turbed out there was more video, even including a scene where Typhlosion learns Thunderpunch just from seeing someone else use it.

Each and every episode only confirms it more for me. You have crafted something that transcends the original stories, whether it be the adventure manga, the anime or the spinoffs. I can only imagine the amount of work that goes into this Pedro, and I am so grateful for what you have given us. Both this and the Red story have been outstanding to date. Reminds me of how Team Fourstar with Dragonball Abridged had done a better job with the Dragonball series than Toei did; you too have expanded and improved on the story of Pokemon whilst staying true to the source material. Thank you for all of your efforts and long may it continue. Sharing this at every opportunity I can, it is deserving of a watch for any Pokemon lover.

Bro, This is Easily the most cinematic video created so far, all of the interesting but logical lore drops like blue becoming a temporary champion and leaf becoming temporary gym leader! Didn't see that coming! The fight being broadcasted to the entire pokemon world! Of course! Gold having a personal connection to his pokemon as the truest fan of fighting! Makes sense. Its all just so awesome to watch and think about, Amazing job man!

Typhlosion's evolution was EPIC AND INCREDIBLE! Easily my favorite part of the Johto journey

I love how you showed respect to typhlosion by making it so badass.

This episode was epic! This explains how and why Lance use his Dragonite to go to the Lake of Rage and he had the permission from Red's pokemon to pass over Mt. Silver to go to the Lake of Rage and help Gold to defeat the Gyarados army of the lake! It was cool to see Lance and his cousin Clair training with their grandfather who was their master! During that time in the present, Gold and Kris and problems with the Radio Waves that cause Gold's pokemon to become evil and aggressive except for Quilava and it himself against Gold's other pokemon before going to battle against the Red Gyarados and the Gyarados army in a epic battle before drowing in the lake and evolve into Typhlosion and learning Thunderpunch to beat the Red Gyarados! Gold capture the Red Gyarados with a Lure Ball just after the battle and he team up with Lance to go the Team Rocket Base at the end of the episode!

Nicely done as always Pedro. Especially with the evolution of Quilava. Down to the last detail, it was perfect.

I simply have to comment in all videos you make because they are always epic, the attention to detail and easter eggs are incredible, the world building that every fan wants, it really feels like you have every single detail of the story already planned out and tying back together. This was epic, visually and emotionally. I did want to see a little more of the starstruck gold and Lance dynamic, don't rush that! (Lance is my favorite character and this is probably my favorite part of the gold journey, my favorite game). Hope this next year is a great one for you and thank you for having inspired us this year!

This actually made my weekend like crazy! Red's pokemon blocking the sound waves, typhlosions entire evolution sequence really expressed the love I personally have for easily my favorite fire starter! But what REALLY got me is typhlosion using thunder punch because I taught mine that when I played crystal. You've captivated many hearts but you've truly got mine. This is by far the best episode so far. Also Sada and Turo was an insane reference! I love everything you do for the community!

This has to be the most epic evolution scene Ive ever seen. I loved every second of it! It really shows the bond Gold has with his starter. You did a fantastic job!

What an amazing, action packed episode! You can really tell how much energy and effort went into this one! I love how triumphant and cool Gold and Typhlosion are! I love the little cameos of everyoje tuning into all the action and the nod to Paldea as well as getting to see what Blue and Leaf have been up to in the meantime.
