isn't it "bay al inah" when the "originator" which is represented by a company that has buliding and other types of assets sells them to spv and leases it back? clearly bay al inah

Hi- can anyone please help. If the asset is being sold by the company to SPV- but later it is bought back from the SPV- isn't this bay al inah (selling and buying at higher price from same person akin to interest), which is haram? please clarify

It is not purchase, but lease, so no problem

I understand about it, but the end of video, you doesn't state the return in the investment. Can you explain more about it.

I think the return will be periodically paid to the investors
