Very thankful I'm gifted with numbers and have some previous work experience on VMs and networking. The toughest stuff for me in this exam is the gargantuan amounts of memorising random Cisco products.

I like: Everyone Always Complains Even When Nothing Is Different

A few quick corrections. 1. HTTP uses TCP port 80 2. DNS uses both TCP and UDP port 53. DNS usually uses TCP when the packet size is too large for UDP to fit it into a single packet. 3. DHCP uses UDP port 67 and 68. 67 for DHCP servers and 68 for DHCP clients.

Just a ton of practice tests. In depth subnetting knowledge is 100% needed. “Hard” is kind of subjective, but compared to more entry level certifications it expects you to have a deeper understanding of the test subjects.
