working in construction field. Normally we use hybrid life cycle. for example build a house : we have a plan ( drawing, method statement, resourse) as predictive. as excecuting there are some change from owner which need to adjust or change to met their requirement, there for we using adaptive life cycle.

Yes. Very likely that there will be a PMO in the organization, it can be of any type.

In my project, we are using adaptive life cycle. We are giving incremental builds.

After which process we decide which development approach to choose for project ?

That's an excellent question Rameez. Ideally we wouldn't start any 'process' until the development approach is finalized. This is something that needs to be taken care at initial stages of the project itself. For instance if the customer wants quicker deliveries of chunks of work, Agile is the way to go. But if the customer has lengthy set of requirements and all of them need to be delivered in one go, traditional waterfall model it is. Don't forget to subscribe for more videos 👍

Not necessary, adaptive is designed to include changes. But then this also depends on the project, the team and the kind of change.

They are in incomplete, may or may not be useful
