  why does scrum not use slacks , they me be help to fix defects, to solve issues , to do things better , and , even when they are dropped, their time allowed from the beginning can be used to better built stories having high priority

  of course i will allow them discussing theirs feeling, it will be the way to geenarte insights ( 3 part of restrospective meeting) and look for the root cause of this dissatisfaction , as an improvment will be generated later

  As a project management team its a huge failure because time is the assence of the project, its an example of worst projrct management. Strategically it is a huge success but this time is considred as operation period. A project has a definate start and a definate end. With the final commissioning and handover the project is suppose to end. Yes, architecturally its a huge success, for govt body its a success but for project management.

  motivate them , even by getting incentives just after attending the retrospective, the prisoners are the most members who can generate insights and give more importants advices and opinions

  The ideas of continual feedback and iterative development struck a chord with my own project management background. I came to see how important it is to welcome change and include stakeholders all the way through a project's lifecycle. This method produces more successful project outputs and improves teamwork. I'm motivated to use Agile concepts in my upcoming projects to increase productivity and satisfy stakeholders.
