I am so excited. I have a Clivia that had been sitting in my office for a few years as just a decorative unidentified green plant, it had never flowered in my office. I identified it last year thanks to your videos and this past Spring I brought it outdoors for a few weeks to winter in the cold April/May spring which is still very much on the cool side in the Pacific NW. After 5-6 weeks I had to bring it back inside into the heated indoors to prevent further damage to the leaves until it got a bit warmer outside, a couple of leaves had some damage from the cold night air. It was finally warm enough to bring it back outside end of June or early July and I just discovered it has its first ever bloom well on its way. I can't wait to see that flower spike grow and finally flower to see what color the flowers are going to be. I hope it flowers before it gets too cold outside again. Our warm weather season is very short lived in the Pacific NW.
