(1). A combination reaction and the equation is N2 + 3H2 ===> 2NH3 . (2).AgCl is used in photographing to change the state of the light to black and white when exposed to sunlight. It is stored in coloured bottles so that it would not affect the colour of the earth because AgCL decomposes to form Ag and Cl. Which forms electrovalent bond and Ag+ and CL-. (3). The one being oxidized is 4HCL because it removed chlorine and add oxygen So it is a reducing agent while the one being reduced is 2MnO2 because it removed oxygen and add chlorine so it is an oxidizing agent.

Q1:The reaction is a combination reaction as the nitrogen and hydrogen are combining to form Ammonia The balanced Equation is: N2+3H2 gives 2NH3 Q2:We store silver chloride in dark coloured bottles because the silver chloride will decompose into Silver and Chlorine if it is exposed to light. So to prevent the decomposition reaction,We store them in dark coloured bottles. This is also the reason why some medicine bottles are also brown or any other dark color. Q3:in the reaction,MNO2 is the substance being reduced and HCL is the substance oxidised.

Answers:- Q1- a. Composition reaction. b. N2 + 3H2 ------> 2NH3 Q2- Compounds Like Silver chloride are light sensitive and they may react to light very fast and lose its properties. That's why they are to be stored in dark bottles to prevent the entry of light. AgCl is converted to molecular Ag atoms by the effect of photons of light. Q3- MnO2 loses oxygen therefore it is reduced and thus it acts as an oxidizing agent. On the other hand HCl loses hydrogen. It is oxidized thus it acts as a reducing agent. Therefore in the reaction MnO2 is the oxidizing agent and HCl is the reducing agent.

1.Combination reaction N2+3H - 2NH3 2. because silver chloride in presence of heat changes into silver and chlorine. Dark coloured bottles don't absorb much heat. 3.Mn is being reduced and Cl2 is being oxidised

For the people wondering how water get's decomposed or broken down into simpler products using electrolysis while pure water (H2O) does not pass electricity, Some drops of acid is dropped in the water to make it acidic so that it can conduct electricity... Hope it helps 😉

Heat and pressure 1. N2+3H2--------------->2NH3 is a combination reaction because one product is formed 2. Silver chloride is stored in dark coloured bottles because compounds like silver chloride reacts fast to light and when this happens it decomposes. 3. MNO2 is reduced while HCL is oxidised

So it decomposes into silver and chlorine when it is exposed to sunlight . So , silver chloride is stored in dark coloured bottles . 3) MnO2 is reduced and HCl is oxidised . Please check it .
