I beg to disagree. The platform is open to everyone. It just so happens that it is already popular among Filipinos so registrants are mostly Filipinos/Filams. But the Wish Bus is open to all nationalities. That's the reason it is stationed in Los Angeles. If you're an artist, maybe try to register and see.
