these type 2 houses have extra room since the plinth area has been increases hence 1 extra room with attached toilet bathroom has come now from old time when common toilet bathroom with 2 room was thr but kitchen was 50% bigger this one

All quarters are open for bidding from this month Type 2 & type 3 both. Approx 650 quarters are there. Bidding will be done from 1st jan to 9th jan and result will be on 10th If u r eligible, please do bidding.

Only one, first priority will be given to type-3, if not get than the system go for type -2. One candidate will get one flat only.

If u have 20 to 25 years of service than only u can get ground floor. Otherwise try for 7 and above floors.

Seniority kaise count hoti hai? Means agar koi person 5 yrs se kisi or state m working hai and abhi wo delhi mei join karta hai technical register k through.

When u select any quarter for bidding, than check ur tentative position for that quarter, which will be shown to next it on esampada. Please check tentative position also.

As per GPRA -2017 guidelines no such period is mention, only it is mention that an employee can apply for change of quarter only one time in same type of quarter. It means, i think from next month of allotment, we can apply for change.

You can change right after updating your status for change in esampada. No timebound. You can even change after 1 months of occupying the 1st allotment.

1. What are the chances if tentative positing is under 10 for SC pool? 2. Can a person belonging to SC category fill in General pool also? 3. It's depends on pay level of employee From pay level 2 to 5 eligible for type-2 and from 6 to 8 eligible for Type-3.

@@namitsati5091 there are no wall-fitted cupboards in Kidwai Nagar.....so those provided (almirah type) will occupy lots of space. I see Thyagraj/Prem Nagar to be the best one.
