Bhai one of my colleague died recently due to chronic disease. His family want to retains govt quarters.pls tell me how much amount have to pay and what is max duration for which quarter can be retained. Pls help me if u have any information in this regard .thanks in advance

What is the process. Should be apply through esamlda and do payment or offline mode is also available
@atulv46 u can't apply for new quarter, u can retain the already allotted quarter. please contact ur office and estate office with request to retain the quarter. below link is of esampada FAQ, it will help u more. I am newly joined level 7 officer can i get this type of quarter at start. i am posted in kolkata. And most importantly if they took 3 month to renovate will my HRA will still be deducted for 3 month.
yes being level 7 officer u r eligible for this type of quarter. during renovation no HRA will be deducted. HRA will deduct after physical occupation only.

@Parth080 these are hostel type Quarter. SK means single room with kitchen. these are eligible for officers having pay level-6 and above only. these were initially constructed for temporary allotment but now are being allotted on permanent basis

jab tek aap physical possession nahi legai tab tek rent/HRA nahi dena. final kerne kai baad hi vo aap ko degai or us ke baad HRA cut hoga. starting mai aap bus technical possession lete ho kaam hone kai baad physical possession.
