@ 4:00 This portion of the song reminded me of a turning point in my early twenties when, after telling my dad about how I was proud of myself because I had a restaurant job, I was paying my bills, and I had my own apartment, he insulted me by calling me a "bum" because he had higher expectations of me - that I should be in some prestigious career making a lot of money. It was at this point I decided his opinion would no longer matter to me. So, every time I hear the lyrics, "I will plan to be a bum (and then shouting sarcastically) SO I JUST MIGHT BECOME SOMEONE!" I reflect back on that time many years ago when the course of my thinking changed and I no longer cared what my father thought of me. Interesting how we make these songs our own, isn't it?

It hurts me to say this even tho my mom is not old enough but she has had a lot go on in her time since i was born but she did not want me to feel like i was the reson for all this her first problem was with her belly (her urterus later on ) was hurting be for me but she wanted me so she tried for almost 10 years and if she would of had all of them she would of had 13 babies cause i was the one with seven separate eggs but im the only one what hurts me to say is that im a merical she should not have babies and she had me tne reson is that last year we found out that she had over 33 little cancer spots in her urterus wich made it almost impossibe it have children but ther reson why she did not want me to feel like it was my fault is because she was going to tell me that my famliy has a case of cancer my great grandma had skin cancer my grand ma had breast cancer my mom had urterus cancer mu uncle had pancreatic cancer and im just waiting for me to get it and i live my days like its my last just in case it was my last but i have bimonthy ct scans for cancer because i want to catch it early and get it over with

The one thing I find disturbing is the video. The video with the limbs falling off or whatever it is (I forget) always had a sense of abusive relationship to me. And maybe my relationship with my mum wasn't always the best and that's why but I feel like the song does have this side of… dependency to almost an unhealthy point? She's asking her son to make sacrifices that… well might just be too much for him as it stands.
