@@margaretstoner4701 very blessed. I considered waiting until he went on tour with Sturgill to go see him and then that tour was canceled due to the pandemic. So glad I didn't wait, and surprised my wife with a early Christmas present. Who knew this was gonna be the last concert I would be able to attend before things got weird.

Fantastic thanks for posting!
Thank you for posting. I miss ATL. I miss live shows. This is a really good one!
The Food Stamps are SUPER TIGHT players, and all from our region here in the SE KENTUCKY and WEST VIRGINIA area. Tyler wanted to keep people in our area working, musicians, and refused to hire Nashville puppet's....
Had to sell my ticket last night due to catching a nasty gut bug. Thank you very much for doing this and posting so quick. Good shit!!

When are concerts ever gonna happen again? No wonder I am hmmmm just wondering?❤✌
Wow
If a young adult that is a huge fan of Florida Georgia Line hears this Tyler Childers concert they would probably ask, "what type of music is this, because I have never heard of this kinda music before?"

I hate it when the audience can't just shut up and listen!
Man we have all been taken by storm with Tyler's sound and songwriting ability. But I have to take a moment to caution Tyler Childers about his latest message posted on KZread dated 09/18/20202. I am commenting here because the comments are turned off for that video about racism and police violence. It was gut punch to hear his take on what is currently going on politically in this country. I love his music but now it seems tainted to think he is "WOKE" like all the other "Hollywood Elites". Man I am very disappointed that someone as smart and talented as Tyler can be so blinded by headlines and fake news media to actually try and lecture "rural white people" as he put it, about how to think about BLM, Antifa and police. You can be dropped by your fans as quick as we picked you up. Tyler, you mentioned having a platform, if you keep this message up you will not have it for much longer, that is unless you go urban cowboy/Florida Georgia Line or rap for your fans. I found this music looking for hope of the old sounds and ways of life, not to have left wing politics rammed down my throat once again. In the words of your political choice, Joe Biden, "Come on Man".

It’s interesting that people feel the need to attack an artist... by seeking out a video to comment on... because the person doesn’t like the the artist has an opinion. What kind of an absolute fragile snowflake must a person be to be hurt so deeply by someone promoting empathy? One must need to have the gentlest of sensibilities to whine about a singer... singing... about what he wants to sing about. What a protected and sad life one must have to feel they’re in a position to tell a singer how they’ll lose fans by using eye-roll-inducing buzzwords he heard on the fake news like “woke” and “antifa” in a weak attempt at delegitimizing someone’s well thought out position on something. One must be so powerless in their real life that they need to come to a music forum like this, just to signal their deep insecurity and ignorance. It must be very difficult to be a person so easily triggered by an artist simply saying “hey, maybe think about something a different way.” It’s really really sad that “fans” of such an amazing singer-songwriter feel so entitled that they think they can threaten the livelihood of an artist, on behalf of all the fans, because a song offended this alleged fan. He never mentioned a political candidate or even a political position. So whatever ends up being “rammed down your throat”, is what you choose to have in it. But, despite the emergence of this delicate little flower with his fragile ego, this was an excellent concert- thanks for posting it! PS - since you’re so easily triggered, be careful with listening to Sturgill Simpson. You won’t like his own person opinions either. Just trying to keep you safe from opinions, so you can stay in your safe space.

Your not the only one that feels this way. Musician's should stay out of political agendas. Of course, they can have an opinion, but they will have to accept the consequences for voicing that opinion, especially in the social climate that the media has created.
