Video Concept: A New Heartbeat
By the time the World had persevered through over a year of the Covid-19 pandemic we were all in a very bleak state and the band, presented here in black and white from the onset, is reference to that. As the song progresses and the pandemic worsens each member loses definition, becoming a different person to who they once were.
Each member is often in their own modular shape just as many of us have been when having to quarantine, but we also come together at times just as we did during the writing of the new album.
The vibrant green, present throughout the video, represents three elements; the moving modular shapes are the covid virus threat that is constantly shifting towards and away from us; the ECG pulse is the aspiration and fortitude to overcome the disease and the menacing tiger in the background is constantly moving towards the screen as we all, together fight and push forward, challenging the pandemic head-on. Towards the end of the video we see a further change clearly indicating promising signs ahead.

Tygers of Pan Tang are such a bunch of Bad Asses. Just as good as they were in the early 80s but with a new Lineup. I love the new Singer, Guitar, player Drummer, Bass player, no weak parts, and Rob Weir the Mastermind behind the band all these years. I remember buying Tygers Album back in early 80s based on the Tygers Cover alone. Do it good was my favorite Song at the time.

First saw Tygers of Pan Tang's music video, Love potion #9 and had to hear more. Picked up the Cage album, then Spellbound and Crazy Nights. Years later discovered the self title 2016 album, loved it and picked up Ambush and Ritual. Glad to see you guys are still at it and looking forward to your new album, long live Tygers.

Got a ticket for the show at the Black Heart in Camden in November. First saw them when they toured The Cage album at Hammersmith Odeon. Brilliant band.

@@nonrevnosnibormetalbeerrev6251 Thanks man! We would be across the water in a shot to get back to Ireland if we could! Its just down to having a Promoter willing to invest some effort in bringing us across to play a run of shows. Things are definitely picking up for everyone and by next year venues, agents, promoters etc will have more confidence in booking shows so we might get to see you in '23. We'll have the new album out early '23 so the 'Industry' will be swamped with promotion which will encourage more gigs for sure. Fingers crossed we'll catch up soon 🤘😎

Check out Brad And Lex. They're a reaction channel that has done songs by Accept, Iron Maiden, Motorhead, Budgie, Judas Priest, Rainbow, Montrose, Motley Crue, Black Sabbath, etc. We could use your support to persuade them to do more reactions to NWOBHM bands like Tygers Of Pan Tang, Girlschool, Saxon and Diamond Head.
What is it like now judaspriest cool enough to die!
Love the original stuff, Wildcat etc. leading up to John on Guitar. But not happy when the Cage hit, and lost interest after that. Too many lineup changes, directions etc. But this is good new stuff, keep it coming!
These guys sound better than current Metallica honestly it’s a damn shame Metallica fell of so bad
