Ty Gibbs reminds me a lot of Kyle Busch at his Hendrick days. Very immature, didn't apologize, was thought and for a while was considered whiney. I hope Gibbs matures a lot in the next couple of years and I think he could be a top cup driver in the next 5-10 years.

Ty Gibbs is long overdue for a butt whooping.

The problem is there wasn't any enforcer to keep Ty in check that actually knew how to pat him back. There's good drivers down there but nobody that had the balls to really wreck him back and make him pay for driving like a tool.

Ty Gibbs shouldnt be a racer. He puts his emotions first when he gets tapped slightly or when he's in the wrong completely and just wants to wreck people

How he’s raced in the Cup series has proven differently. Noah has been more of a problem than Ty.

I agree. With so much talent everyone was rooting for him to do well and he totally blew his opportunity. And now with thinking he’s changed his interview at Daytona last week just ruined everyones judgement

Nascar should have parked his ass so many times. Cant upset grandpa Gibbs though. Not to mention that Dangerous Bumper cars on Pit Lane, You cant be running people towards the crews on the pitlane cause your upset. Your going 45-60mph, you can kill someone. But nope a slap on the wrist penalty.

He is such a joke. He doesn’t deserve a lot of the situations he is in. He doesn’t deserve a cup ride in my opinion. I thought the Dillion brothers were silver spoon kids, but Ty really proved us wrong.

It's such a shame that Ty just can't keep his mouth closed or apologize or admit to his faults. He's a great talent but he just can't keep to himself. No doubt he will win one day, but that day will be filled with booos, and people talking about how he is a pay driver with no talent and only his grandpa. It's not like his rookie season for the Cup was that bad either. Yes, Chase Elliot entered the series with a playoff entry but that was a time when there was a bigger noticeable difference in team equipment and they had no single source parts. Not discrediting Chase either, but it's such a shame the upcoming talent had to be so tamper-driven. This year in the cup series (not the Xfinity series) at least he's reduced these crashes but no matter. By the time he becomes the hero (or if he does), he will be almost out of the sport with a reputation people will no doubt remember in the future for being a paid driver and not the cleanest. My statement is long but it highlights how Ty just needs to clean up his image and get with the program.

I always hope he finishes ten laps down dead last. I truly HATE the Gibbs organization. Toyota has come into Nascar with their very deep pockets and bought Nascar. Remember Toyota sells in every country in the world, unlike Ford and GM.
