An auto collision repair teacher from Austin's Texas School for the Deaf is one of 25 national winners of the Harbor Freight Tools for Schools Prize for Teaching Excellence. He's won $50 thousand in prize money for the school. Keith Baker and his interpreter Gary Campbell join us with more.
