It does not ever cease to amaze me how foolish people can be when they put handguns in locations that are not safe and puts others at risk such as the person who put the handgun in a diaper bag! It is a relief that this foolishness did not result in anyone getting injured or killed.

I think TSD fails to follow the law. TSD must be very embarrassed by an unexpected situation at a retreat. I can't believe it. Who is the responsible for not informing residents and TSD families about the handgun? It should be opening to the public.

Eh, not necessary to overreacting with this situation. If the staffs had assessed and see no threat then it’s fine. Imagine announcing for lockdown immediately over something that’s nonthreatening and cause people to panic that will ensure chaos. Then some people will get traumatized because of merely overreaction. Not smart move. What they did was right. People need to let it go and not obsessing over it.
