Get a good lawyer. You have every right to live in peace, so there should be a way to shut him up permanently. Calling out an abusive a%$^$# usually doesn't work, so I'd think serious jail time and/or hefty fine would help. Take self defense classes. Age,gender,and build don't matter, and they're usually very affordable and have day, evening, and weekend classes. I'm over 60, and have been doing it for a few years. You and your mom CAN stand up to him and push back. Remember that in nature, it's the FEMALE of the pride (or pack) that the males back down from. During my divorce my husband’s lawyer actually filed a motion demanding I keep managing and working for our family business without pay since he was claiming he should get 100% of the business and all its proceeds. Think about this. In 2021 my lawyer actually had to go before a judge and argue that what my ex was demanding was slavery and was a violation of the US constitution. That is where these men are going with these lawsuits and laws. We are being made to fight for the very basic right to be considered human.

Hopefully mother's are teaching their daughters to tell the mother about the pregnancy before their boyfriend or anyone else to necessary measures may be taken at once. The ex can not threaten what he doesn't know about.

The Office of the Texas Governor says this: The population is 49.6 percent male (13,625,413) and 50.4 percent female (13,843,701). If every woman in Texas voted blue, things coulsd improve a lot. Good luck, ladies!

I had one a few years ago. Best decision I ever made. If you can afford it and have a pathway to the surgery, the recovery period is worth it.
