Two Weeks in the KGALAGADI - Episode 6 - Kalahari Tented Camp - Finding Lions
Join us as we travel the dusty roads of the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park in search of wildlife.
On our third and fourth days at the Kalahari Tented Camp we spend some time watching four lions on the Long Dune Road and pay another visit to the Thirteenth Borehole where the astonishing display of birds continues. We find more Bat-eared Foxes and baby Ostriches on the way.

Fantastic episode with great sightings. Have another look at the Falcon, it looks like a Red-necked Falcon instead of a Lanner Falcon to me. Great photographs!

Many thanks. You are right, it's a Red-necked Falcon probably a juvenile. Unfortunately there's no way of changing the video other than re-uploading it and then losing all the views and comments.
One thing I noticed and that was you never aimed your camera at the southern night sky which must be a sight to behold with the lack of light pollution in that region ?

We were always in bed too early! I have some photos of the southern sky in Namibia and it is spectacular.
