sir u have torsional rft picture for site two way slab .....why somebody dont use torsional rft

Bro plz explain in revit 1.how to do splicing rebar in column and 2.While placing rebar's on beam and column it get over lapped (collapsing) on joints (plz explain its correct or not) -main rebar's of both column and beam rebar's are collapsing at joint But in on site condition rebars in joints region are adjusted in alternative manner 3.while doing classdetection check in revit it highlight those rebars all the time 4.if u know any special plugin plz suggest for me
