Referring to something you said in the video. Real men do show their emotions. We have been taught to cover them but it’s not right. Showing emotion is a sign of maturity in my opinion.

Put a sock on your bat! That way if you go to swing at someone and they try to grab the bat, the sock just slips off instead of them being able to disarm you.

She is extremely soft spoken so much in fact she should be on film. Such a contrast within personalities but a unique bond of a friendship. She picked a great game. It got you guys to really open up👍

I didn't think I was gonna enjoy this video as much as I did. I loved how honest you were in this video. Trent's energy is amazing and you both seem to have such a great chemistry (platonically) and just vibe so well with each other :)

I've never heard anyone else say they shake when they get into talking and having a convo. I do that! It's like I'm shivering but I'm not cold. Fun video!

It's official. I love you. No one loves rice krispies and they are my absolute favorite cereal. So many people put sugar in it and I think it's perfect just the way it is. Also I really enjoy Trent's energy. He seems like such a fun person.

It’s an age thing. The younger you are, the more drama and instability you have. At some point you age out of that.

I've been watching Trent's videos for a while and I knew I recognized his face from somewhere but never could figure out where. Turns out I saw his band in like 2017 with a band called The Funeral Portrait. I only remember because I was blown away at how good they were live. What a crazy coincedence.

I think I heard you say you’re from a small town, Stephi. I can definitely see how small town social dynamics would make a young girl, especially with CF put up a wall. It’s definitely very different than regular sized towns or cities as it’s so very invasive like everyone knows everything about you and untrue rumors tend to be the entertainment of the area. Vanlife is such a sweet remedy!

Stephi ilysm 😭👏🏻💕 I too speak very quietly, waitresses and public service employees are always extremely rude to me. That is honestly what caused my social anxiety to skyrocket without my knowledge. I shake as well when my anxiety creeps around, sometimes if I get too hyped up about something or excited, I do the same. Idk. Anxiety is weird and I feel like we’re buds now. ✌🏻

Spending ones life wondering why, and now that I know, being embarrassed about past experiences. Acceptance and learning to let go is the only path forward. @Locust Hypnosis makes perfect since , my daughter I adopted had it growing up. It was hard for others to understand. When she needed to talk she couldn't but when she shouldn't, she'd blurt out Things ❣️... It was hard, id often have to let teachers know cause they dont read files like they use too shes 23 now, gettin' married next year, n has a lil farm on her land thats great therapy too ❣️.. although depression is goin on now, due to the passing of her biological parents this year jus 5 months apart 😭❣️... To be expected, they were both in 40's , but selective mutism is very different in many ways n jus want to let others know they're not Alone ❤️💜❤️❣️ I have anxiety, Depression, agoraphobia, n PTSD , so public is very hard to do🤦‍♀️💭 im home in 🏡 alot 😭❣️... My husband is too tho so we help each other most of the time ✅❣️

Living with intention. Using words intentionally. Leaving out all the details that don't matter, minutia. Is what I like. We don't have a long walk here, so wasting time causes anxiety. That's how I feel. Straight up truth. Transparency. All that works for me.

When I have a really real conversation and share more than I usually do I start to shake too , I think it's really special :) edit: it's sad that people assume you can't have a friend based on their gender or your relationship, me and my bfs friends are all really close and honest but I have been in a relationship where I 'wasn't allowed' to spend time with my best friend because he's male. Jealousy and assumption is not healthy, if you don't trust what's even the point !

My depression has been absolutely horrific in recent time, and this video made me so happy. The soothing instrumental in the background is relaxing. I would do near anything to form a friendship like this. If anyone in the comments needs a homie like this.. hmu 🖤

Oh my God y’all did a video together!! . I watch both of you guys. I’m at lunch right now and I got to go back to work. I’m pissed!! I got to wait to watch.

I haven't checked to see how many people commented on any answers given but I felt compelled to talk about the falling in love quick thing; it's not always a matter of living life to the fullest. A lot of the time, it takes time to fall in love vs infatuation because you don't really know everything about that person, so it's possible you would take the words back once you do. People -- perhaps absentmindedly -- are likely not gonna tell you the most important parts there are to know right away. They might not find them important. I get the point in the video of why it was said and the sentiment of not stalling in life overall is great. But I wanted anyone who's impressionable to see another side of this.

I shake too, sometimes in the middle of conversations, and I get hot and I blush and sometimes my voice shakes and I sometimes pronounce words wrong… and I notice one more thing, you kind of reposition yourself a lot, like you are not really comfortable, that is anxiety too, and I see it because I do it too. Well… as long as it is not stopping you from doing things at all, then its fine :) you are awsome and an inspiration, I am very happy that you started posting videos again, they make my days :) ❤️
