This is my favorite video you've done for 3 reasons. 1. The kx250 looked and sounded 👌 2. You ride a 2-stroke really well and is way more fun to watch 3. Seeing P.H rip the 250 like a gangster was badass as fuck and unexpected. Mad respect!!!

This gives me flashbacks to watching James Stewart rippin' the KX 250 SR during the 2005 nationals. The only way to watch this video is with the speakers on max! Axell's skills are unreal...so naturally talented!!!

There is something about two stroke dirt bikes that is exciting and thrilling...don't get me wrong about not LOVING my 22 Honda 450 4 stroke, but my 19' TM Racing EN300ES 2 stroke with VHM cylinder head and MX 28mL insert (already comes with hand polished ports, and runs on race fuel from factory), Pro Circuit expansion chamber with PC exhaust canister, TM Racing/Emoticon ECU & Mapping with mode selector switch, Double Ringed Pro X Racing Piston,, Moto Tassanari V Force Reeds w/ Italian crafted billet reed extender (for more bottom end), and 38mm Smart Carb 2 makes this machine such a fun and swift piece of equipment, that doesn't wear me out nearly as much as the fo-fiddy! Can't wait for the Shockfather to put on the Ohlins kit...God bless 2 strokes & 4 strokes, and thankful that the lord allowed me to have the best of both worlds...guess I'll save up for a Stark Future Varg in a few years to cover it all...but so thankful for the fun and inspiration from Hodges! YES! Last Honda I bought new was CR250 in 1996! Before that: 1. CR 125 '87 used 2. CR 125 '89 new 3. CR 250 '90 used

I miss the hell out of the 2 strokes. To me, that was the best Era of racing. The sound & smells of being at the races with 2 strokes was more memorable than the 4 strokes of today.

You got guys like Taka and McNeil where that's all they ride, but as for everyone else it's almost becoming a cliche where a popular rider builds a 2-stroke, makes a video, and then it's stuffed in a garage to collect dust. Hoping the last part doesn't happen to this one.
