Two Pints Deep - Luke's Story is a short documentary following the topic of mental health and specifically one man's battle with his own mental health. Luke Barrow is an ordinary man who after sadly losing his mother, had to come to terms with his mental health and deal with it in a way he hadn't before. Luke went on to set up a charity called 'Two Pints Deep' which he uses to help reach out to other men and encourage them to talk about their issues in a place where they may not have spoke out otherwise.
