Temulch is highly effective, but I don't recommend playing Naraka after consuming an anchovie/pineapple pizza. At that point, even Temulch and/or Feria will not work.

Then apparently you have no clue what you’re talking about, I’m sorry. Temmy is an extremely unpopular choice and not regarded as overpowered whatsoever by the high level community
look i want to play this game but they said to turn off window protection and i anti doing that

Depending on your windows version, it won’t even ask you to disable it. There’s nothing unsafe about it, it’s a performance related thing
