***Two Of Hearts Stacey Q.-Song Creation on the Linn 9000***

This Video is playback demonstration of the song "Two of Hearts" by Stacey Q in 1986. I have programmed the entire songs sequences into the Linn 9000 using a DX7 as a master. The parts are as follows:
Drums : Linndrum (Lexicon 224 and SSL EQ)
Bass: Tx 816 Piano layered with DX7 E. Bass1(SSL EQ AND LEXICON 224)
Synth Brass: Juno 106 Preset 11 with chorus 2 enabled (Lexicon 224)
Electric Piano: (TX 816 Preset 11 layered with DX7 Preset 11 (Lexicon 224, SSL EQ., and 1176 compressor)
Mastering (SSL Bus comp, SSL EQ)

You have a nice 80s setup. With the Lin 9000 you can make Stock Aitken Watermannesque sequenced songs :))

That Line LM2 looks super clean:)
I recommend using the Linn 9000 for the drums, since that's what was used in the original... but otherwise good recreation using 80s techniques.

It would be useful, i recently got into 80s production, Its all good on my end aprt from mixing linndrumm etc. I'm so versed in live kit mixing that I feel lost with drum machines... GOOD work btw.. Lovely to see some one use REAL hardware, oozes with charm.
Almost thought this was the 8-bit guys theme, he's a youtuber who has a very retro style theme.

Id say roughly 4-5 hours start to finish. Matching the video to the audio and exporting to youtube took a bit of time. Cheers,

No main melody, which is very essential in this song. Otherwise exellent.

haha. Honestly, if you get a linndrum and put in the Forat Lm-1 eproms, this will get you most of the way there. You'll lose the ability to tune every sound however.

I've got a Linn 9000 with LM-1 samples so I guess that's close.
